Perez branded division that works with businesses that are near the end of their "start up" business development phase and are entering the "step up" phase of growth and scaling. The "step up" phase is where the business is now hiring employees and now must implement affordable HR strategies to remain compliant with federal HR laws.
BIG-HR was formerly known as Benefit Innovations Group LLC when we founded it in 2004, and specializes in human resources consulting to companies who are looking to save money and maximize the efficiency of their HR department.
BIG-HR is also an HR-ASO (Administrative Services Organization), with the overall goal to keep businesses of all sizes in compliance with federal laws while reducing the workload & stress human resources can have on owners, office managers, HR managers, and other executives.
